Michael R. Duffey is an Associate Professor of Systems Engineering at the George Washington University. His teaching and research interests concern feasibility analysis of large engineering systems, and related methodologies for design and costing. He has conducted research and education projects with the US Department of Commerce, US Navy, NASA, and other government agencies. He has a doctorate in mechanical engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
